Solution: At Scuba Panda DAO, we've created an Autonomous Web 3 Taxable Entity or (AWTE) for short. Once engineered these cells have the potential to plug into municipal, state and federal government to raise a new kind of indirect monetization, furthering the monetization potentials for our nations economies.
